The location was excellent for exploring the safe area, close to the New Orleans airport and nearby restaurants. The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new, equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave.

Driveway not marked good. Tried to put someone else in our room at 6:30 am. Not a good wake up call

Room was extremely DIRTY, phone didn't work, one of the lamps didn't work.

The room is spacious and comfortable with soft beds, and the bathroom is fantastic.

The smells/odors of tobacco smoke and cooking odors were very strong and offensive.

The location here is fantastic, with plenty of eateries and restaurants to explore nearby.

Smelled iof cigarette smoke and food elevator and hallways, dirty rooms and old broken down furniture. The only reason we did not leave was because we checked in late and my husband was sick. Told the front desk and she had me look at Another room, that was justi as dirty. Have not felt that grossed out in a very long time

Cozy rooms come with heating and two full beds, plus a comfy sofa 🛋. Enjoy a light breakfast featuring granola bars and tasty muffins.

The room was very clean. it was close to the airport. Free parking, free wifi. The front desk receptionist, Tonia, was especially friendly and helpful. We liked that the key program benefited charity. Very basic but met our needs for our stay.

the lack of signage indicating the entrance to the hotel. No wash cloths in the bathroom. It would've been nice to have an airport shuttle service.

Always have a good stay here. Clean hotel with helpful staff. Good value for the price. Convenient location near downtown and the New Orleans airport.

Not enough towels for the 4 of us. Iron didn't work. In order to get more towels we had to turn ours in. The wall above the shower had mold on in.

The room had 2 full beds and was pet-friendly and tidy with heating and a sofa. Check-out was fast. All the employees were amazingly nice and accommodating. The location in a pretty nice area was marvelous with shopping centers and convenience stores nearby. Kenner - Louis Armstrong International Airport district was worth staying in.

For the price it was fine for my one night lay over.

The walls and ceilings are thin. I could hear people walking around all night. It was clean but not too comfortable.

Truly enjoyed this hotel, had a really nice experience. Had a light breakfast with granola bars and muffins. I was given a pet-friendly and tidy room with 2 full beds and heating. Location: the venue was close enough to a safe place to sleep outside of New Orleans proper and the New Orleans and Louis Armstrong International Airport.

The location was great: shopping malls and convenience stores were within walking distance. The hotel was a vacation base for enjoying a fairly nice area.
